Terms of Use

Use of the service

AdExamples is provided as is. Results are for information only and may contain errors.

Accounts and credits

Generating content uses credits. Any free credits are limited and may change. Paid credits and subscriptions are sold through our payment partner, which acts as merchant of record. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month and yearly subscriptions each year until canceled; their credits are added with each payment. You can cancel at any time on your account page (or by emailing support@adexamples.io); the subscription then stops at the end of the paid period and you keep access until then. Credits have no cash value. If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically.

Refunds

If something went wrong with a purchase, email support@adexamples.io within 14 days. We refund unused credit packs and the latest subscription charge when its credits have not been used. Credits used for completed generations are not refundable. Approved refunds are paid back through our payment partner to the original payment method.

Generated content

Images, videos, audio and text created with AdExamples are generated by AI models and are labeled as AI-generated. They may be inaccurate or unexpected.

You are responsible for the prompts and files you submit and for how you use the results. You may use content generated with paid credits commercially, subject to applicable law and the rights of others. Don't generate content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or depicts real people without their consent.

Photos you upload

Before a photo is used you confirm that you own it or have the permission of every person shown in it, and that you may use it to create and share the result. You alone are responsible for the photos you upload, for the content you create with them and for how you share it, and you agree to indemnify AdExamples against claims arising from that use. We keep a record of each confirmation (time and a hashed IP address) with the generation. Uploads are used only to make your video.

Acceptable use and content rules

You may not use AdExamples to create, upload or share:

  • sexual, pornographic or other NSFW content;
  • graphic violence, gore, or content that promotes or threatens violence or self-harm;
  • hate speech, harassment, or content that attacks people for who they are;
  • any content that sexualizes or endangers minors (child sexual abuse material is reported to the authorities);
  • deepfakes or impersonation: realistic content showing a real person without their consent, or content meant to deceive people about who said or did something;
  • content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights, including uploads you don't have the right to use;
  • anything illegal, fraudulent, or meant to spread spam or malware.

Don't abuse the service, attempt to overload it, or try to get around these rules. We may limit or block automated use.

Moderation, reports and enforcement

Prompts and uploads may also be checked by the AI model providers' safety filters, and requests that break these rules are refused. We review reported content and may also review content when we suspect abuse.

To report content or a user, use the report page or email support@adexamples.io with a link or description; we handle every report within 48 hours. If you break these rules we may remove the content, refuse further generations, and suspend or close the account without refund of credits used for violating content. Serious cases, especially involving minors, are reported to the authorities.
